ASAP Kerala invites the application for PADI Drivemaster course - 100% Placement Assurance - 1 Lakh Scholarship for all eligible candidates

The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through knowledge development sessions, water skills exercises and workshops, and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities.

Scholarship Details & Eligibility conditions:

There will be a screening test for all the registered candidates of IT & ITES and 1 Lakh Scholarship for all eligible candidates

Merit based Scholarship and the candidate should attend a scholarship test organized by ASAP Kerala. The eligibility conditions are as follows:

Scholarship for SC, ST, Transgender, Fisherfolk and PWD:
70% of course fee for those scoring 30%- 70% in the screening test
75% of course fee for those scoring 71%-89% in the screening test
100% of course fee for those scoring 90% or above in the test.
For others, the scholarship eligibility will be:
50% of course fee for those scoring a minimum of 60% in the screening test
75% of course fee for those scoring 71-89% in the screening test
100% of course fee for those scoring 90% or above in the test.

Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala (ASAP)

Launched in 2012, the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala (ASAP) is a Government of Kerala company focused on improving the employability quotient of the students and facilitating their placement. ASAP serves as a bridge between industry and academia.

Qualification

Be at least 18 years old
Have a Rescue Diver certification
Have an Open Water and Advanced Open Water certification
Have a medical statement signed by a doctor
Have completed CPR and first-aid training within the last 24 months
Have at least 40 logged dives

Scholarship Scheme:

This is a merit based Scholarship and the candidate should attend a scholarship test organized by ASAP Kerala. Based on the score, Scholarship will be made as a fee discount in the total course fee.Presently a batch of 17 students are doing digital marketing course and another batch of students doing AR,VR course coming under ASAP.

Instructions for Candidates

The applicants are required to go through the ASAP Website
Scan the latest photograph of the candidate less than 200 kB in .JPG format and upload in the online application
Candidate shall make his/her signature on a white paper, scan the same, less than 50 kB in .JPG format and upload in the online application
Candidates must upload either the original certificate or the provisional certificate issued by a competent authority when submitting their educational qualification certificates.
Applicants should have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. CMD may send intimation to download call letters for written test/proficiency assessment/interview through the registered e-mail ID.
