Kerala PSC Assistant Professor Exam ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Educational Qualifications

Master's Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent and good academic record from a recognized educational Board / University or its equivalent. (SC, ST, OBC, and differently abled candidate have a relaxation of a minimum of 50% marks)
The candidate must have passed NET.
Candidates who have obtained Ph.D. Degree are exempted from passing the NETexamination. (G.O.(P)No.86/07/H.Edn dated 19.06.2007)
For recruitment to this post degrees awarded by the Universities recognized by UGC alone shall be considered.
The knowledge of any one regional language Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada is mandatory.

Note- Candidates, who have the responsibility to prove that they satisfy the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) and Eligibility Requirements (ERs) for the recruitment.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Age Limit : 22 - 50, Only Candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No other age relaxation will be allowed.
