Age limit: 19-41 (Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities and Other Backward Communities are eligible for relaxation of upper age limit as per rules)

Qualification:

(i) A Post Graduate Degree in Manasika awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent qualification
(ii) In the absence of qualified hands under (I) above a degree in Ayurveda awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent qualification
(iii) Minimum three years experience in the treatment of mental diseases in a recognized / reputed institution, after obtaining the qualification under item (ii) above in the case of degree holders
(iv) 'A' class registration in Travancore Cochin Medical Council
