Scale of Pay :
Age limit: 18-36 (Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities and Other Backward Communities are eligible for relaxation of upper age limit as per rules)

Qualification:

1) Pass in SSLC or equivalent examination
2) Diploma inTextile Technology recognized by the Government of Kerala
3) Certificate showing successful completion of training in Khadi Spinning and Weaving in any of the Training Centres recognized by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board for conducting such training.
Note:- (1) In the absence of candidates with qualifications mentioned as item1, 2 and 3, candidates possessing qualifications 1 and 2 alone, will be selected and sent for training. Such candidates will have to execute a bond to serve the Board for a period of five years after training.
(2) All candidates appointed by direct recruitment shall pass General test on Khadi and Village Industries and General Test in Co-operation
conducted by the Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board during the period of probation.
