Qualification:

Diploma in Agricultural and Rural Engineering awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University. In the absence of persons having the above qualifications the candidates having the following qualifications will also be considered.

1. S.S.L.C. Or equivalent and
2. Survey and Levelling (Lower) KGTE or MGTE and
3. A. Any two of the following qualifications:-
(a) Building, Drawing and Estimating (Lower) MGTE or KGTE.
(b) Building materials and construction (Lower) MGTE or KGTE
(c) Earth work and Road making (Lower) MGTE or KGTE
(d) Hydraulics and Irrigation (Lower) MGTE or KGTE
(e) Mensuration (Lower) MGTE or KGTE
OR
B. Certificate issued by the Director General of Recruitment and Employment in Surveyor Trade under the Craftsman Training Scheme
OR
C. I.T.I. Draftsman Certificate in Civil.
